What are the payment terms for souvenir/promotional goods orders at PT. Anugerah Sentra Kreasindo?

Our payment terms are DP (Down Payment) of 50%, then the remaining payment can be made when the production process is complete and the product is ready to be sent to our client.

Is it possible to have a sample first?

Yes, after the Down Payment, if the production timeline allows, we will make a sample first for further confirmation of production. This sample is free of charge.

However, if you need a sample before paying the down payment, the sample will be subject to a charge or manufacturing fee.

What is the shipping method for my order?

Our delivery can use cargo services, instant online motorcycle taxis, or general logistics services.

The selection of shipping couriers is adjusted to the needs and timeline of our clients.

If a product is defective/damaged, can it be replaced?

All products have gone through a strict Quality Control (QC) process by our operational team. However, if there are still defective/damaged products, the products can be returned to us to be repaired/replaced with new ones.

Is this company a legal entity and a Taxable Entrepreneur (PKP)?

Yes, our company is in the form of a Limited Liability Company (PT) and is a Taxable Entrepreneur (PKP).

Can we request a tax invoice for our order?

Yes, all clients with orders subject to VAT (11%) will receive a tax invoice at the end of the following month. This tax invoice will be sent by our Sales Representative via Whatsapp or Email.
